I just did some mock-up "screen captures" of The Monster Mansion TV show just to see what the show would look like. I use a bunch of old Backgounds to some UPA cartoons and others, I found on-line to get the look I wanted. Turned out pretty good, but it's wish fill thinking.

I did the CAPCON image just for fun, I thought it was funny.

I have always loved the General Mills Cereal Monsters when I was a kid and always wanted to see a Saturday morning show about them. Of course that never happened, you had to live with the little adventures they had in the commercials. Well I came across them again and decided to fulfill my wish, and gave them a place to have there adventure and some new friends to go with it.  I got the idea from one of their cereal prizes, you could actually get a Monster Mansion! It was basically a card board box painted up to look like a castle, but I thought it was the coolest prize to come from a cereal box. 

I thought the show could be like the show "Foster's home for imaginary friends" but with monsters. They have there own problems to solve and help others in the process, or give safe haven to others like them. It is a very rough concept and could use a good working over, but this is about as far as I am going to take it.

So pull up a bowl of cereal and enjoy!

As promised, I present my version of the LEGION OF DOOM! Bad guys are always more fun to play with, mainly because of the interesting shapes and silhouettes you can use that you can't use on good guys.

One day a while back, I was watching some episodes of "Challenge of the Superfriends" and wondered what if? Hanna-Barbara didn't change there style from the "Flintstones" or "Jetsons" to make the Superfriends. Well here is my answer to that question and frankly, I love it!

Monstroville: Part 3!
