It's a BLAST FROM THE PAST with the Fisher-Price adventure people. Some of you might remember these from your childhood but probably don't remember them being so bloody gory. That is my fault, this mash-up just popped into my brain one afternoon and I just had to make them. It is a literally my youth mashed together with toys I have played with as a kid and my love of the horror movies from teen years.

I also chopped up some Backgrounds from "Scoody-doo: Mystery Incorporated" and put them in the illustration to make my drawings look better since My BG skills are lacking. And before anybody asks, they are done entirely in Photoshop and are not real custom figures.

It's October and that means Monster Cereals are back! This year "General Mills" got DC Comics artists to do the artwork for there monster cereal packaging. So I took the monster designs I did for my "Cereal Critters" series and put them too the new "General Mills" box format just to see what they would look like. I think they look pretty good, but that's just me and what the hell do I know. 

I was also doodling some new designs, but I didn't get past just doing there heads so they became the prize inside.

Undergrads, they go to school but don't seen to learn anything. It was full of awkward college life, getting drunk, getting the girl and a bunch of of Star Wars jokes ta boot. I think the creator Pete Williams is trying to reboot this for a second season on Facebook.

 I did not last very long on this show because the producer was tired of seeing my stuff. She was a producer that has been on a bunch of shows I have worked on in the past and I didn't cut the mustard anymore. So after the main model pack and the first two episode I was let go, off to other things!.

One day a long time ago, the artists in the studio I was working at for a time decide to put up a drawing challenge . This sort of thing happens once and a while among the population of a studio and this time it was "Astro Boy". Everybody did a version or two of the famous little robot but I could not stop at a couple and kept doing them. This is the result of that challenge back then and I recently decided to colour them up. 

I should mention that I used some "Samurai Jack" backgrounds for some of them since I can't paint a BG's to save my life. I do this from time to time for a better presentation of my junk, but if I were to sell prints I wound have to replace them with something else.
