I came across some old stuff I had forgotten about, so I cleaned it up and here it is.

 It was Called "Dead Rock Stars" and as far as I can remember,  the premise was like "Beetlejuice" & "Big Brother" but with  rock stars. The Producers also wanted Rock stars on the verge of death to make guest appearances like "Amy Winehouse" and "Britney Spears" ( These were done before Amy Winehouse had passed away and at the time Britney Spears was Being crazy).

  I did look it up to see if it was ever made and the closes thing I found was called "House of Rock" made in the UK as shorts. I have know idea if this what happened to it but it was a house full of dead rock stars so I am guessing it is.
