FVOC #014 - SPACE KOOK
The Villains from Scooby-doo are infamous, and the one of the top positions is held by the Space Kook. The creepy kooky terror from beyond and his haunting laugh gave all us kids a thrill we didn't know we wanted.
I just gotta make his terror filled giggle my new Ringtone.
